Every Child Deserves Support Initiative
Bringing Expert Training to Those Who Need It Most
I believe that every child deserves to be understood and supported, no matter their background, environment, or the resources available to the adults in their lives. But I also know that tight budgets can make professional development and mental health training hard to access—especially for schools, nonprofits, and community organizations working directly with kids.
That’s why I created The Every Child Deserves Support Initiative—a program designed to offer a limited number of reduced-rate speaking engagements each year for organizations committed to making a real impact but facing financial constraints.
If cost is a barrier, this initiative is here to help.
Who Can Apply?
This initiative is open to:
✅ Schools, nonprofits, and community organizations with limited funding.
✅ Groups that serve underprivileged, high-need, or underfunded communities.
✅ Organizations that are committed to applying what they learn to better support kids.
This initiative is not for:
❌ Organizations that have a professional development budget but prefer to allocate it elsewhere.
❌ Events that charge high ticket prices while requesting a discounted speaker fee.
❌ For-profit businesses seeking reduced rates.
How It Works
1️⃣ Submit an Application – Fill out the form with details about your organization, your budget, and why this training would be valuable for your team.
2️⃣ Quarterly Review Process – Applications are reviewed every three months, and I select a limited number of organizations to receive support.
3️⃣ Funding Options & Collaboration – If selected, we’ll work together to find the best way to make it happen. This could include:
Discounted rates through the initiative.
Collaborative funding solutions (e.g., partnering with local businesses for sponsorships).
Shared-cost models for multiple organizations in the same area.
4️⃣ Final Confirmation & Booking – If we can make it work, we’ll set up the details and bring the training to your team!
Why This Matters
Bringing in high-quality training on children’s mental health shouldn’t be a privilege only accessible to well-funded organizations. I want to make sure that teachers, caregivers, and professionals everywhere have the tools they need to support kids—especially in communities where resources are stretched thin.
This initiative is one small way I can help.
If your organization truly needs this training but funding is a challenge, I encourage you to apply.
